eucalyptus - a pagan eco-tourist calypso

[solemn unison]
o winter sun, the day is done
as you sink beneath the frozen hills...
to you i say "have a good day :)"
as you make your way round this planet.

and to folks down below, where the eucalyptus grow,
have a good hot summer til it's our turn again.

[chorus/calypso]
well it's topical if not tropical,
and if not comical, then it's droll...
  eucalyptus in my suitcase,
for the winter, bring it home!

[unison]
midsummer full moon, on a day in june,
at sundown, moonrise brings your light...
it's the longest day for us to dance and play
as you make your way round this planet.

and to folks down below, where the eucalyptus grow,
do you dance and play in the moonlit snow ?

[chorus]
well it's topical if not tropical,
and if not comical, then it's droll...
  eucalyptus in my suitcase,
for the winter, bring it home!
